If You Follow Your Dreams They Do Become Reality.
Henry Gomes had a big horse ranch. One day he told his friend why he allowed him to use his horse. The story went so that there was a boy who used to travel with his father from one ranch to another. His father used to train horses there. Thus the child’s studies were hampered till High School.
When he became a senior his teacher asked him to write about his aim. He wrote that he wanted to have a ranch of two hundred acres. There was a proper layout of tracks and stables. When his teacher read about his dream goal, she gave him an F grade and asked him to come to her after classes were over.
The child asked the teacher why he had got an F grade. She told him that his dream was unrealistic. He had neither money nor resources. He came from a wandering family. The teacher asked her to write about a more realistic aim which he could achieve. Then she would reassess his grade.
The boy went back home and talked with his father about it. His father gave him the advice to take a decision on his own. He thought for very long about it. After about a week the boy submitted the same paper without making any changes. He told the teacher that he would keep his dream even while he got an F grade.
Thus completing the story Henry told his friend that his friend was standing on the 200 acre ranch which had a 4000 square foot house. He shared that he still had his school paper. He got them framed and they were lying above his fireplace. The teacher too visited the place some time back with around thirty children. She asked him to follow his dreams and ask others to do so too. He should not be like her.
Moral Of The Story
One should not allow anyone to steal one’s dreams.
